A build tier is a physical, made-to-order custom watch offered at the fixed price shown on its live product page. The movement platform, case material and the available configuration scope are identified for that particular tier.
Yes. The displayed product price is the final payable price for that product tier. It is not a deposit, starting price or consultation fee. Shipping charges and any applicable destination duties or taxes are handled as stated on the Shipping & Returns page and at checkout.
Stripe is currently available at checkout. When you choose Stripe, your payment is processed by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy notice. Other payment methods may appear when enabled for your location or order. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code through this website.
Your order is accepted after the selected product, price and applicable checkout charges are shown, payment is successfully authorized and an order confirmation is issued. For a made-to-order build, assembly begins only after the available components and final configuration are confirmed in writing.
Place your fixed-price order through the website, then email hello@customwatchstudio.com with your order number and preferred case, dial, bezel, hands and strap direction. We confirm the components available for your order and the final specification in writing before assembly begins.
No. Product images are illustrative build directions. They communicate possible design attitudes and are not a promise of one fixed watch, component set or final configuration.
Subject to availability and the product tier selected, the configuration discussion may cover the case architecture, dial, bezel, hands, strap and selected personal details. We only confirm a requested part, colour or combination when we confirm your final build specification in writing.
Shipping charges and any applicable duties, import taxes, customs or brokerage fees will be shown before order acceptance where available. Where duties-paid delivery is available for a destination, it will be stated clearly. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for applicable destination charges.
The published Shipping & Returns page explains cancellation, made-to-order return limits and eligible standard-watch returns. The Warranty page describes the 12-month warranty. Mandatory consumer rights in your location may also apply.
