Yes. US$299 is the final payable price for the NH35 Custom Build tier. It is not a deposit, starting price or consultation fee.
03 / How do I choose the configuration?
Place your fixed-price order through the website, then email hello@customwatchstudio.com with your order number and preferred case, dial, bezel, hands and strap direction. We confirm the components available for your order and the final specification in writing before assembly begins.
04 / Is the watch in the product image exactly what I will receive?
No. Product images are illustrative build directions. They communicate possible design attitudes and are not a promise of one fixed watch, component set or final configuration.
05 / Which components can be selected?
Subject to availability, the configuration discussion may cover the case architecture, dial, bezel, hands, strap and selected personal details. We only confirm a requested part, colour or combination when we confirm your final build specification in writing.
06 / Do you cover duties, import taxes and destination charges?
