Warranty coverage for Custom Watch Studio orders. This warranty operates in addition to mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
Coverage period
Custom Watch Studio provides a 12-month warranty from the original delivery date against confirmed manufacturing defects affecting the movement, gears or covered internal components.
Warranty remedy
For a confirmed covered defect, we will provide repair service or another appropriate remedy. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs for warranty repairs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, impact, accidental drops, water ingress caused by improper operation, chemical corrosion, high-temperature exposure, unauthorized disassembly or repair, third-party modifications, normal wear and tear, or ordinary wear of straps and crystals.
Custom work
Personalized engraving, customized dials, customized straps and other customer-approved modifications may affect return eligibility and the assessment of a warranty claim. The approved project specification will be used during inspection.
Claim process
Do not send a watch until written return instructions are provided. We may request the watch for inspection before confirming coverage.
