Terms governing the use of the Custom Watch Studio website and fixed-price, made-to-order orders.
Operator and acceptance
These terms govern the Custom Watch Studio website operated by HK ChuYueTong International Trading Limited, Unit S051, 2/F, Capital Plaza, 61–65 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Questions and order correspondence should be sent to hello@customwatchstudio.com.
An inquiry does not create an order. A product order is accepted when the selected product, price and applicable checkout charges are shown, payment is successfully authorized and an order confirmation is issued. For a made-to-order build, assembly begins only after the available components and final configuration have been confirmed in writing.
Products and custom projects
We aim to describe products, components, materials, dimensions and finish accurately. Images and colour may vary by screen and production batch. Each listed product tier has a stated price and defined configuration scope. After payment, the available case, dial, bezel, hands, strap and related details are confirmed for the particular order. Availability, substitutions and changes will be addressed in the written final specification.
Prices, Stripe payment and taxes
The applicable currency, product price, payment timing, shipping charges and checkout terms are shown before payment is submitted. The displayed product price is not a deposit or consultation fee. Stripe is currently available at checkout. When Stripe is selected, payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy notice. Payment authorization, fraud checks, refunds and payment disputes may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code through this website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or Shipping & Returns policy, the customer is responsible for applicable destination duties, import taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. Any charge that is known and payable through checkout will be shown before payment is submitted.
Returns, cancellations and warranty
The Shipping & Returns and Warranty policies form part of the customer documentation. Cancellation and return eligibility may differ between a standard product, a made-to-order product and a build whose final configuration has been confirmed or assembly has begun. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location.
Intellectual property and brand relationships
Website content, studio marks, photography, copy, layouts and original designs belong to their respective rights holders. Custom Watch Studio must not imply affiliation with, authorization by or endorsement from a third-party watch brand unless it has written permission and the claim is accurate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location.
