Operator and acceptance

These terms govern the Custom Watch Studio website operated by HK ChuYueTong International Trading Limited, Unit S051, 2/F, Capital Plaza, 61–65 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. An inquiry does not create an order. An order or custom project becomes binding only when written project acceptance and payment confirmation have occurred.

Products and custom projects

We aim to describe products, components, materials, dimensions and finish accurately. Images and colour may vary by screen and production batch. Custom projects are based on a written specification approved by the customer. Availability, substitutions and changes will be addressed in the approved project documentation.

Prices, taxes and payment

The applicable currency, price, payment timing and checkout terms will be shown before order acceptance. Custom Watch Studio will bear applicable duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and destination-country delivery charges for global orders, subject to the Shipping & Returns policy.

Intellectual property and brand relationships

Website content, studio marks, photography, copy, layouts and original designs belong to their respective rights holders. Custom Watch Studio must not imply affiliation with, authorization by or endorsement from a third-party watch brand unless it has written permission and the claim is accurate.

Returns, warranty and governing law

The Shipping & Returns and Warranty policies form part of the customer documentation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's location.
